String Quartet

When elegance and sophistication are required the String Quartet are guaranteed to please. The members are all experienced orchestral and chamber players who combine their expertise to create an unobtrusive, fresh and brilliant sound.

THE STRING QUARTET

The Quartet provide personally tailored repertoire for a wedding ceremony, stylish background music for a drinks reception (weather permitting on the lawn), and a tasteful touch of class for a wedding breakfast.
Whether you wish to celebrate, promote or reminisce – the String Quartet has a reputation for providing a professional service, and will always undertake to meet any special requirements.

THE STRING TRIO

If your occasion is a more intimate affair the String Trio (two violins & cello) would be a graceful addition to the event. We provide a similar service and repertoire to that of the Quartet, whilst still creating that distinctive refinement to the occasion.

This is a selection of our repertoire which we have divided into two categories, popular and light classical, listed below. We have also included a list of music most commonly requested for wedding ceremonies to help guide you in choosing music for your occasion. We are of course able to play the more serious quartet repertoire if desired.

If there is a special piece you would like to be played at the ceremony or reception, which is not listed, then we will try to find it for you or arrange it especially for string quartet or trio.
