FunkdelicsThe Funkdelics are a compact 3 or 4 piece band with the flexibility to perform at any event. The band features up to 4 outstanding professional musicians, and can be booked with or without live drums. Disco, soul, 80's, 90's, rock, pop and Skool Disco. What do you want from a band? You may be considering a compromise…the age old conflict, quality vs. price. With the Funkdelics you don't have to compromise. They use real audio playback to support their live sound. This means that the band package is small and compact with a price that reflects this. The sound, however, is quite simply breathtaking with percussion, layered keyboards and real brass arrangements that will blow your mind and leave your guests stunned! The Funkdelics are suitable for any sized event and here's why... The band offer two line up choices:- 3 piece band: Female Lead Vocals & Percussion, Female Lead Vocals and Keyboards, Guitar and Male vocals 4 piece band: The 3 piece line up plus live drums. The 3 piece line up is perfect for events where budget, space and volume are an issue. The 4 piece option gives you an added dimension of energy and excitement that only live drums can give, and is highly recommended if the budget will allow! Experience The Funkdelics have spent the past 5 years playing UK-wide at thousands of events. The band’s management company has searched the UK session musician scene to put together a team of highly experienced players. Professionalism When you book a band there are certain things you would expect - for example punctuality, politeness, and respect. The Funkdelics know this, and with the experience of literally thousands of past gigs, you can be sure that they understand better than anyone the importance of having a professional attitude. Flexibility The Funkdelics are now offering the opportunity for clients to substitute the standard second set for a either a Skool Disco or 70’s Disco themed set! Repertoire List The Funkadelics offer 2 x 60minute sets (or alternatively 3 x 40s) of dynamic party music taken from the selection of songs below. Clients can also choose (for no extra cost) to replace the 2nd hour with a fully costumed themed set - either 70’s disco or Skool disco! Please see the website or contact us for more information.
